The Legends of Bristlecone: Nick + Katie's Wedding
The couple surprised their guest and choreographed their First Dance, which reminds me of the characteristic of Nick and Katie, as a couple.
It was one of the most perfect of all the Wisconsin summer days. Nick and Katie have been looking forward to their wedding day for so long. All their hard work and planning reflected in the details and in the moments of their entire wedding day.
The sun rays beamed down majestic gem colors through the beautiful stained glass windows of the historic St. Mary's Parish in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Each Bridesmaid's dress hung on a white hanger with their names written on it by Katie. With the help of her seven Bridesmaids, Katie was calm and cool as she put on her wedding dress. While Katie's Mom helped with her wedding day jewelry, the Flower Girl, Grandmas and Nick's Mom were present and excited for this moment. Nick arrived to the church with his manly crew, all in their coordinating tuxedos, looking so handsome and stylish. Nervous and giggly, anticipating the moment he would soon see his lovely Bride, Katie. This beautiful young couple promised to love and respect each, then sealed their promise with a kiss, while the love and support of their family and friends watched on. Now Husband and Wife, Nick and Katie performed their first duty as a newlywed couple and greeted their guest as they left the church. The Groomsmen, Ushers, and Bridesmaids lined the outside steps of the church, hanging a high five to each person walking passed. The day was so much fun and so lovely.
Nick and Katie arrived their Wedding Reception at The Legends at Bristlecone in Hartland, Wisconsin . They wedding party was introduced, then Nick and Katie were led perform the tradition of cutting their Wedding Cake. The couple surprised their guest and choreographed their First Dance, which if I could describe it, are the characteristic of Nick and Katie as a couple. Their first dance would be described as very classy and graceful, thoughtfully placed footwork with constant movement, lots of face to face close moments with many twist and turns filled with lots of laughs and fun. Katie's Father and Nick's Mom were also part of the surprise choreographed dance and the rest of the evening was consisted of a dancing the night away under a marvelous moonlight summer night. It was all the little details of the day and the people that surrounded this young couple that I know, Nick and Katie are in good company as they start their new journey as one.
Nick and Katie, I just wanted to say 'THANK YOU". I appreciate and adore you both, and your family and your friends. You made me feel like the luckiest photographer to document your love and I'm happy to call you and your family and your friends...my friends. I want to cheers to you both for good health, lots of joy and making lots of memories together! Much Love and Appreciation! Jenna.
Wedding: Mike + Mary Hoague - Glacier Hills Chapel, Friess Lake, Wisconsin
“To love a person is to see all of their magic, and to remind them of it when they have forgotten.”
— UNKNOWN AUTHOR
“To love a person is to see all of their magic, and to remind them of it when they have forgotten.”
Mary wore a beautiful lace and chiffon wedding gown, straight from vintage GLAM accessorized classically with peep toe blush colored kitten heeled shoes, blush colored pedicure shining brightly and hair piece with netting. Mike was ultimately G.Q.'d out wearing a full suit, with a long sleeve button down shirt, vest, tie and dress shoes in only one of the most humid summer afternoons in the Midwest. The chapel was filled with one of the most yummiest and sweetest smells from all the hand-cut and homegrown floral bouquets created by family and friends.
Mike and Mary were friends for a long time, but as Mary's roof was in need of repair, Mike was up for the challenge and just like an angel from heaven, Mike fell through the ceiling, head over heels for Mary. These two share a deep love that I can only describe as the type of love Hollywood movies are created upon. Mike and Mary, you two are incredibly amazing people to me and sharing in part of your wedding day was such an amazing gift for me and everyone witnessing your declaration of love and devotion to each other.
Home Town | Scruffy Dog Groomery, LLC
Springtime in Milwaukee, Wisconsin equals numerous days of rain.
Springtime in Milwaukee, Wisconsin equals numerous days of rain. As a “fur-parent” of a white fluffy dog who likes to play outside, that means lots of wiping down or if it’s bad enough, a trip to the groomers. This was bad, Maliya was chasing rabbits under bushes and trees just the day after it rained. Our Petco and PetSmart Groomers were both busy washing other dogs, so I decided to looked up our local Dog Groomers on Google. Scruffy Dog Groomery, LLC came up on my search with five stars rating and located only a couple of miles away. Plus and Plus. I made an appointment, dropped off Maliya and then headed for my morning workout. Upon my return, I found Maliya was perfectly groomed and her haircut brought out her distinct traits of what a Mini-Golden Doodle is suppose to look like. Maliya was so fluffy, smelled so sweet, happily wagging her tale and sporting a new bow on her dog collar.
Danyelle Young, A.K.A. Dany, has been grooming since 2010 and opened Scruffy Dog Groomery, LLC in June of 2016, only 11 1/2 months ago. My family is a big supporter of local businesses and I’m super supportive of other #girlbosses. Danyelle’s grooming shop is so cool and modern. The ambiance is a perfect mix of Martha Stewart’s touches of warm welcome, cleanliness and orderly added with a side of Chip and Joanna Gaines HGTV show, “Fixer Upper” is how I would describe the shop. Danyelle and long time sweetheart decorated the shop with furniture they made themselves. From homemade dog collar holders to the coffee table or front desk that greets clients, these two compliment each other and work together to make Scruffy Dog Groomery, LLC a place you want to spend some time and feel happy to leave your other beloved family member to get their spa like service.
Dany is very friendly, personal and so easy going. Her smile is genuine and expertise in Grooming will make you return time and again. But this girl is doing so well, she is booking appointment two to three weeks in advance. So if you are looking for a Dog Groomer that offers loves your pets as much as you do, provides a clean and very hip atmosphere along with a big smile and personal attention, I highly recommend checking out Scruffy Dog Groomery, LLC.
WEDDING WEDNESDAY: RAIN, RAIN GO AWAY? NO WAY!
In Hindu belief, you want rain on your wedding day because it's a sign your marriage will last. Like in boating terms, when you tie a knot on a rope and it becomes wet, it's very difficult to untie it. Well, just like that knot on the rope, it's considered very good luck to have rain on your wedding day. Your marriage will be hard to unravel and will last a long time.
Is it raining on your wedding day? Don't say "Go Away" (pouty face), instead, say "HORRAY!" As a Wedding Photographer for Brian & Jill Barczak's big day, I believe they're marriage has very good luck. Thunder ROARED and lightening CRASHED it's sparkly lights of love. The air was ELECTRIC! Rain poured down all day with no stopping in sight. As gray as the sky hung and as wet as the ground was on the outside, the picture was quite the opposite inside the big white tent located on the outdoor terrace which overlooked the greens of the Silver Spring Golf Course, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Inside the covered terrace, the white tent provided protection from the elements, yes, but it also gave the ceremony an intimate, light and airy ambiance. The white tent provided focus directly on Brian and Jill and was the perfect backdrop to watch two people get married. In addition, the white tent provided wonderful diffused light for the Bride & Groom's Bridal & Family Formal Portraits. Brian & Jill's wedding images and final portraits were dreamy and soft.

Well, just like that knot on the rope, it's considered very good luck to have rain on your wedding day. Your marriage will be hard to unravel and will last a long time. So on this day, Brian & Jill's wedding day, the couple revelled in the rain by taking portraits by the historic silo on the property and sharing romantic kisses umbrella. You see, it's all right if it rains on your wedding day and it's all how you choose to view your day. If you view rain on your wedding as being lucky, then your marriage will last test of time and will not likely unravel through all the challenges life has to offer. So smile and say, "Bring it on, rain!" Because, yes, it is wet, but you get to share hugs, kisses and lots of cuddling under an umbrella. That sounds like a great start to a lifetime together. Rain or shine, I wish you good luck on your wedding day and I hope you live in your moment. Keep shining your light ad Happy Wedding Wednesday!
YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE VANWAGNER...
At my wedding, Sunshine was my Matron's of Honor. When we were ready for children, we dressed up our dogs up in costumes and walked them around the neighborhood on Halloween. Sunshine and I got pregnant with our sons at about the same time.
My only Sunshine. I have not met any another Sunshines. Have you?
One year ago, I attended a Jasmine Star Workshop at Big Daddy's Antique Shop in West Hollywood. We spent three amazing days with Jasmine Star and other amazing creatives in this hidden ad expansive warehouse containing old vintage Hollywood set backdrops, farmhouse tables, leather boxing punching bags shaped liked people, huge glass cabinets, lighting fixtures, flags and to plants and paintings. While back in L.A for a visit, I take Sunshine with me to visit Big Daddy's Antique Shop because we both need a little inspiration and creative appreciation. So much change has gone on in our lives and it was time to just drive around L.A. and have some fun!
Seventeen years ago, while working at Disney to on a marketing career track, I moved into my very first apartment on my own. I had been a serial “long term relationship" dater. I was struggling to find out who I was. Looking back, this is the time I learned what I was made of. It was just me and my dog Patch. At first, I slept on an air mattress, my couch and table were from the GoodWill and I listened to the radio because I couldn’t afford cable for my TV. BTW, shout out to 106.7 KROQ rules! Trying to juggle car payments, insurance, rent and utilities on a very small salary was difficult when all you want to do is go out eat out all the time. It was during this time in my life when the the light rays of Sunshine VanWagner shined warmly upon the land of Burbank, California.
Sunshine grew up in Hawaii, went to the same school that President Obama attended. Sunshine’s mom still works at the same school in the Drama Department. Sunshine landed in San Francisco and worked to pay for her college tuition all on her own. At the ALL girls, private school university, Sunshine completed her Bachelors degree for teaching. A move to L.A. Sunshine accepted a job working as a Preschool Teacher at a private Preschool facility in the fancy part of Old Town Pasadena. Later, Sunshine became the Head Mistress at this private Preschool facility. But at the time we met, Sunshine was pretty much going through the same struggles I was, but we found we had so much in common! She is my very strong German decent girl with a chilled, laid back island girl upbringing, who likes rice and fluent in speaking Pigeon (Hawaiian native slang talk).
Sunshine and I started sharing meals, more like splitting one dinner entree and eating all the garlic bread that came with the meal. We'd go golfing together, wearing our short shorts with tightly fitted polo's and our pink RL (Ralph Lauren) golf caps to potentially meet young & cute golfers. Sunshine and I spent many a late night watching DVD episodes of Sex In The City comparing which character we were most like that month. Before blow outs were on trend, we would go to Fantastic Sam's Hair Salon to have our hair wash & styled. One time, we spent two hours at the Glendale Galleria Mall parking lot, chatting & checking ourselves out in the car visor mirror, thinking about how pretty we thought we were. Not even setting foot in the mall that day. We were two girls full of our own self-esteem and confidence. What confirmed our thoughts was when we got a free ice cream cone at Foster Freeze. We thought we were everything. We ARE everything! Just kidding. lol :)
At my wedding, Sunshine was my Matron's of Honor. When we were ready for children, we dressed up our dogs up in costumes and walked them around the neighborhood on Halloween. Sunshine and I got pregnant with our sons at about the same time. Even after I left California, Sunshine made time to hang out with me and our kids call each other cousins. Sunshine and I have shared so much together, in what feels like so little time spent. Our bond is extremely special, in it’s own unique little way. Our friendship is forever, especially the bond that we possess. Life is a tough journey, our story will continue to grow because you are so dear to me, Sunshine. It’s a blessing to have a friend who will never judge you and always accepts you just as you are.
Sunshine is my California ray of light and my skies are blue when I'm around her. Thank you Sunshine for your friendship and I can't wait until our next adventure. Perhaps, it could be, "Sunshine & Jenna take on Chicago's" or "Jenna & Sunshine buy up Michigan Avenue Stores". Sunshine, may your days be brighter an all your wishes come true, as your smile warms other's hearts and your DIVA keeps SHINING through! Always remain open to new adventures and know you are exactly where you need to be. I love ya girlfriend - XO XO
Mommy Mondays: It's Spring!
One of my most favorite moments to capture through my camera lens would be everything that has to do with being a Mommy. It pulls at my heart strings and freezes a moment in time will never change.
Finally, it's Spring time. Birds are tweeting, bees are buzzing. The grass is turing green. The flowers and trees start to bloom and I love it! Time to take portraits outdoors. One of my most favorite moments to capture through my camera lens would be everything that has to do with being a Mommy. It pulls at my heart strings and freezes a moment in time will never change. Despite how I COMMAND my children to STOP GROWING, they never listen. They're legs grow, their bodies change, they go from baby to toddler to tween so quickly. The only way I can keep my babies small is by taking more and more pictures of them. Being a mom is a lot of work, but it is the most rewarding job that I hope and wish every one can experience.
Engagement Session: Damon Englehaupt + Emily Feedar - Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory
Emily Feedar, just like Nick Viall from ABC’s "The Bachelor", was born and raised in Waukesha, Wisconsin. After college, Emily accepted an ICU Nursing position in Colorado. In the majestic rocky mountain state, Emily met a handsome Respiratory Therapist named Damon Engelhaupt. The two fell in love and are getting married at the Performing Arts Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in June 2017!

Last week, Emily and Damon came to visit family in Wisconsin and confirm wedding planning details. It was my privilege to capture their Engagement Session at the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory, A.K.A. “The Domes”. Outside "The Domes", the sky was gray, the wind blew and rain sprinkled the ground. Inside “The Domes”, it was sunny, bright and warm. Perfect atmospheric weather for capturing these two romantically hugging, kissing, tickling and laughing together.
I think Emily and Damon are on a great start as they plan to share a new life together AND I couldn’t think of a better way to spend a rainy Milwaukee day. Thank you Emily and Damon for sharing your day with me and I'm excited to capture more images like these on your Wedding Day! Cheers to you two!

Fashion Friday: Get out of your comfortable zone and get what you want
Was I wanting to shoot more Fashion Style Magazine Portraits? Yes. Always down. Was the situation random? YES, but that is what make me me.
So, I bought a watch off CraigsList and off I go to Starbucks to pick it up. In walks Mohney Rana. Tall. Thin. Long raven colored hair and bright, beautiful eyes. I believe in going with your gut instincts. My instinct said, “Ask if she will model for you, but do it in a way that is not so creepy.” LOL. I mean, everyone knows to meet at a public place when doing a CraigsList transaction, right? Right. Sidebar, If you're not in the know, NOW you know! So keep it in the public, Yo! Ok. Done. So, here I am, about to ask this girl if she would model for me. From an outside body person watching the situation go down, it seems creepy? Yes, I know, but I’m just a girl too, who is sporting around in LV and Tiffany. I know, I do NOT represent creepy. I start off with checking out my new watch, I love it. I pay for my new tech toy and proceed to tell Mohney that I’m a Fashion Magazine Style Portrait & Wedding Photographer and I ask if she models. Mohney said she is about to graduate Law School and was always interested in pursuing modeling on the side. Perfect! I ask if I can do her headshots and then I showed Mohney my Tiffany Blue Photography website, my galleries, my FaceBook, my Instagram all to verify that I’m “2Legit 2Quit” - thank you M.C. Hammer, Heeeaaayyyy!. Mohney says yes and we schedule a day to shoot that week. I invited Mohney to my studio and asked her to bring a friend so she will feel comfortable. The session was short, 45 minutes short, to capture four looks. This was Mohney Rana’s first time modeling and this was my opportunity to practice quickly directing "flow posing" while working on camera sharpness and lighting. I'm quite happy with our turn out. We had a fun session where Mohney Rana BROUGHT her inner most Kim Kardashian 'dude! Yes Girl. Work it Girl. I can't wait to have Mohney back for another session. Here are some of the images we captured for Mohney Rana’s Model Headshots.
Was I wanting to shoot more Fashion Style Magazine Portraits? Yes. Always down. Was the situation random? YES, but that is what make me me. I love variety and I always come back full circle to the topic at hand. Did I get what I wanted? FO SHO! In the process of feeling weird and uncomfortable, I got my fashion styled magazine shoot done and a gave a gift to a potentially new face model, born and raised Midwest Yo, Mohney Rana! Sometimes, you can't just stay in your safe and pretty and socially protected bubble. You HAVE to put yourself out there, in the awkwardness, to get what you want. I got a watch, a model, a fashion styled magazine shoot and now a new friend. Yay, all is well in Tiffany Blue Photography land.
Say what you want out loud for the universe to hear. I hope you go after what you want and continue to be inspired by the little random acts that happen in your daily life. Be Brave. Be Bold. Be Awesome. This life is short, how are you gonna get yours today? Have a great weekend friends!
Studio Portrait Session with Kylie.
Now that I've got this one down, let's hang out! Let's get together and spend just over for an hour and half to giggle, share stories, eat some homemade cookies, get your hair and make up done, then shoot in a very simple studio for your portrait session. It will be so much fun.
I love shooting portraits outdoors in natural light at golden hour. Brrrrrr. With fifteen below zero, it's hard to do that. Time to move indoors and practice with my flash, umbrellas, soft boxes and other studio lighting. My girlfriend's daughter was kind enough to model for me. I set up the studio with the different lighting I wanted to try and then set up the make up. Kylie came with clean hair and face. We did a slight blow out to get lift in the crown, then picked up one inch sections for a loose curl. We did a little brow, eyeshadow, mascara and just a tint of lipstick. We started off testing the light and then had mom hold the blow dryer on cold air to blast fashion mag model breezes on Kylie's face. Then, we tied a scarf on her for some shots and changed into a black sequined dress that was the perfect little accessory to Kylie's sparkling eyes and personality. We had a lot of fun in such a short time. In total, we spent about an hour and a half from start to finish. Here are some of my favorite images we captured together.
Now that I've got this one down, let's hang out! Let's get together and come over for an hour and half, have some homemade cookies, get your hair and make up done, then shoot in a very simple studio for your portrait session. It will be so much fun.
Silly Siblings & The New Boyfriend: Marshall, Matthew, Megan Sukovich & Jake Raffel
Life is amazing and it goes by so fast, especially when you watch beautiful young ones grow into amazing adults. God bless the Sukovich Family, for they have been raised with love, respect and they are bright shiny lights in this world. I'm so honored and proud to be part of their family. Go forth and be AWESOME this 2017 Sukovich Famly! Much love-Jenna
When I first met Marshall, he was in seven years old, and he would play with my babies, Emily & Connor, during our Christmas Eve Family Parties. Now, Marshall is about to graduate high school and still a sweetheart, funny, charming and so super smart. Matthew, is a little bit more reserved, chilled and refined, like a fine wine, he sparkles and shines whenever he smiles and has been the same ever since he was younger. Now, Matthew is about to finish his second year in college, on track for law school. Watch out courtroom, Matthew will sway your decision to match his, just with his "smolder". Megan is a beautiful person, in her soul and in her work with people. Megan's personality has only evolved more and more brightly, and it's been a privilege to watch Megan grow from a young teen, high school grad, college grad, travel the world and now find her love and passion working in Human Resources. Megan met Jake Raffel in college, and a friendship throughout the years, developed a fond sweetness for each that just screams, "better together". It was a fun family Christmas Eve Holiday Party this last 2016 Season. It's gone from visiting Wisconsin and attending parties at one of the different Foscato Family Siblings House for ten years to now hosting the party at our Wisconsin Family Homestead for the last two years. XO-Jenna
Destination Wedding: Michael & DeeDee Bush | IberoRose Hall Suites, Montego Bay, Jamaica
Standing barefoot on white soft sand, beside the turquoise blue water and cool tropical breezes, Mike and DeeDee became man and wife in front of twenty-five close family and friends. Their destination dream wedding took place on the beach of Iberostar Rose Hall Beach in Montego Bay, Jamaica, on the couple’s favorite holiday, October 31, 2016, Halloween.
My BFF MARRIED my husband’s BFF! Whaaaaaat? Sounds like a Bravo TV Series headliner, I know. Mike is one of my husband’s childhood best friends. When Mike brought DeeDee for double date nights, I fell in love with her. DeeDee and I shake our booties and dance while waiting for drinks at the bar. We are the first peeps on the dance floor at parties, weddings or at live band events and festivals. We’re those girls who are the last ones off the dance floor singing the lyrics out loud to the music. DeeDee has one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known. I admire her talents as a goal setter, a mover and a shaker. Also, DeeDee is one of the most loving, giving, thoughtful and GOOD souled people, I have ever met. DeeDee always has my back and I’m honored to have her back. When time came for picking bridesmaids, I was excited to receive my bottle of wine with a picture of DeeDee and I on it, and branding was, “Will you be my bridesmaid?” Excited to do double duty, I did my best to BE DeeDee’s Bridesmaid and Their Wedding Photographer.

Their destination dream wedding took place on the beach of Iberostar Rose Hall Beach in Montego Bay, Jamaica, on the couple’s favorite holiday, October 31, 2016, Halloween. The bridesmaids wore iris colored chiffon dresses and the groomsmen wore teal short sleeve button down shirts with light colored pants. Mike met his bride wearing a white shirt and light colored pants. DeeDee wore a beautiful white fitted chiffon wedding gown and gown belt that sparkled by the delicate beading in shapes of flowers. The bridal bouquet cascaded bright purple and bright white orchids.
After the ceremony, Mike & DeeDee walked up the aisle and shared their first dance on the beach to the song Better Together by Jack Johnson, while family and friends created a circle of love around the wedded couple. We shared a champagne toast and watched the couple cut their wedding cake from the world famous Iberostar Rose Hall Cheesecake. The reception was held at the hotel’s Beach House Restaurant and choice of steak, chicken or fish were plated and served. After toast and dinner was completed, the wedding party went back to change into costumes and then danced the whole night long at the IberoRose “Discotech”. I kid you not, that is what it was called, which reminds me of my high school French class, “Voulez-vous aller a’ la discoteque? Alors! Mais bien sur.”
I felt like I was given a gift. A week on an warm and tropical island with my hunky husband, doing bridesmaid duties while hanging out with our friends all day for a dream destination wedding in Jamaica celebrating the union of our two best friend’s wedding, while given the honor to capture these special moments, doing what I love to do! The entire experience WAS a present. And that is where I lived, in the moment, present and loving every minute of it. Mike & DeeDee, I am thrilled you are now married and starting off the year in your big and brand new home. You two have done the work, you have done the journey and after all this time, you’ve finally crossed the finish line and come out winners! May you continue to always be winners and put your love first, every day, making the choice to always fall in love, over and over, again and again! I love you guys. Thank you for allowing me into your life, your hearts and I look forward for more of the best to come in our future! XOXO, Jenn
Wedding: Eric & Sarah Albrecht, The Florian - Germantown, Wisconsin
Eric & Sarah's wedding was special to me because, Eric and Sarah met while on duty in the Army, serving and protecting our country's rights and freedom! If this pair’s love can blossom during time of service for our country, I know for sure their love will endure the test of time. Congratulations again to Eric & Sarah! Enjoy your new life together and I know you will be enjoying new adventures to come~ XO, Jenna
The Florian Park lobby located in Germantown, Wisconsin was buzzing with people breathlessly awaiting the outdoor gazebo wedding for Eric and Sarah. Sarah was hidden in the Bride’s Dressing Room with her hair and makeup all done. With the bride's mother, two bridesmaids and two step daughters-to-be, Sarah had all the helpers she needed to assist her with putting on her fabulous white flowing wedding gown, sateen shoes and beautiful jewelry. The bride's first look with her father happened quickly before the wedding. It may have been short and sweet, but a large amount of proud and happy tears filled the room. The groom was getting ready with his brother and three other best friends in the Groom's Dressing Room. The men looked handsome wearing gray suites accented with mint color bow ties and vest. The blue sky dazzled with white fluffy clouds above the gazebo. During the wedding ceremony, Sarah, Eric and his two daughters united together as a new family unit by performing a sand ceremony, combining individual bottles of sand into one glass frame. Senior Portrait Sneak Peak: Paige Semrau of Slinger High School, Wisconsin
It was with great honor that I was able capture this Senior Portrait Session of Paige. It was easy to capture and showcase this young lady's natural beauty, grace and strength.
Every Senior Portrait Session is special, however, I was very happy and honored to capture this portrait session. You see, it's Julie Semrau's third child starting their Senior Year at Slinger High School in Wisconsin. Earlier this summer, Paige Semrau scheduled her Senior Portrait Session and then suffered a horrible car accident. The Emergency Team had to utilize the jaws of life to remove Paige and her friends. Guardian angels were with the girls that afternoon. Beside some broken bones, Paige and her friends have walked away from this car accident, all safe and sound. As a parent, I'm amazed how children are so resilient and strong, able to quickly bounce back and rearing to take on the world, head on. It was with great honor that I was able capture this Senior Portrait Session of Paige. It was easy to capture and showcase this young lady's natural beauty, grace and strength. I couldn't help myself, I had to seal this moment in time by asking Julie and Paige to live in this happy moment by capturing a couple shots of mother and daughter just as the sunset blazed colors of orange and yellow light upon the close of the midwest summer sky. Congratulations Paige, live every moment and create amazing memories. Go Senior Class of 2017!
Wedding: Welcome to the Berk + Jay Show! Country Springs Banquet Hotel, Peawaukee, Wisconsin
The wedding ceremony was held in rays of sunshine and Jayson’s eyes and smile light up the garden as he got his first look of his bride, Berklee, walking down the path towards him, arm in arm with her parents. After the very sweet wedding ceremony, the newlyweds greeted their guest right and then enjoyed their first cake cutting ceremony followed by their first dance as husband and wife. With Jayson’s fabulous dance moves and Berklee’s glowing smile, this marriage is sure to be led with much love, adoration, fun, laughter and adventure ahead of them.
I arrived at Country Springs Banquet & Hotel in Peawaukee, Wisconsin to find Berklee wearing her white robe with “Bride” bedazzled on the back. Her hair was perfectly coiffed with a large vintage broach on one side of her head. Her make up was flawless, highlighting her beautiful bone structure, glamorous eyes and smiling lips. The large conference room was a haven, buzzing with ten bridesmaids getting their hair and makeup done. Hair spray, nail polish bottles, makeup and phone chargers were found at every corner of the room. Jayson, together with his brother and nine other best friends, got ready in the hotel room. It was one big “Jay-Soromance” fest. “Brothers from another mother” is how I can describe the deep love and affection this lively group had for one another. Berklee wore a lace covered golden blush wedding gown with a very traditional lace trimmed veil. Her necklace, earrings and bracelet were handmade from family heirloom beads and hand picked sand dollars from a previous trip to the beach. Jayson donned a black tuxedo with a lavender bow tie, vest and pocket square. The bride and groom were dressed and anxious to finally see each other. The outdoors gazebo and white lawn chairs received a light wash of rain before the wedding ceremony and the AMAZING staff at Country Springs Hotel came right out to wipe down each chair for the wedding guests. Finally, the wedding ceremony was held in rays of sunshine and Jayson’s eyes and smile light up the garden as he got his first look of his bride, Berklee, walking down the path towards him, arm in arm with her parents. I wish Jayson and Berklee much happiness in their life together! Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Jayson Krause and thank you for giving me the honor of capturing your wedding day moments. The blue sky and warm weather sparkled against Tiffany's wedding gown. I could tell in Dave's eyes when he saw his bride to be, he was anxious and excited to marry Tiffany at that very moment. But Dave had to wait for the wedding guest before he could proclaim his eternal love for Tiffany.
“I have learned that only two things are necessary to keep one’s wife happy. First, let her think she’s having her own way. And second, let her have it. ”
July 1, 2016 was one of the most perfect days I've spent in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Tiffany and Dave prepared for their wedding day at the beautiful and historic Pfister Hotel. The amazing architecture was the perfect punctuation mark for the day and the warm ambiance and soft tunes coming from the grand piano set the mood for what was about to come. I met Dave, Tiffany and their children, for a lovely afternoon walk to the Milwaukee Art Museum for some family portraits. Dave and Tiffany had an intimate ceremony with their closest family and friends at the very modern and amazing venue called The Garden. The atmosphere at The Garden felt as if we were inside a beautifully constructed modern nest. White wood was bound together in random formations. White chairs were lined with candles inside silver Morrocoan lanterns. A wedding cake and cupcakes were front and center. The marble bar top complimented the wedding cake and cupcakes in such an elegant way, helping to set the mood for a warm and loving atmosphere. This day could not have been spent in a more perfect way and I'm honored to have been able to capture Dave & Tiffany's wedding day moments.

Wedding: Brian + Jill, Silver Springs Country Club, Wisconsin
Chance of rain? Yup, you betcha! One hundred percent, mixed in with humidity so thick you cut cut with a knife, in addition to thunder and lightening that would make your house shake. However, the inside the white tented rooftop deck at Silver Springs Country Club offered a light and airy ambience with white chairs and a rustic wooden gazebo alter set up for the wedding ceremony Brian & Jill had planned and dreamed about.
Chance of rain? Yup, you betcha, one hundred percent! Mixed with humidity so thick you could cut it with a knife. Add to that concoction, thunder and lightening so loud it could make a home come tumbling down.
However, inside the white tented rooftop deck at Silver Springs Country Club, the scene offered a light and airy ambience with white chairs and a rustic wooden gazebo alter set up for the wedding ceremony Brian and Jill had planned and dreamed about. With the tented windows drawn back exposing the beautiful greenery of the amazing golf course, the view of Brian and Jill, along with the fourteen bridal party members, at the alter with was breathtaking and so romantic. The historic silo and beautiful terraces offered up the best background for some unforgettable moments of the bride and groom. Jill's white flowy wedding gown was elegantly designed with beading and her wedding day accessories included a pair of sapphire blue Kate Spade slingback heels with rhinestones designed in the shape of a bow. Brian and Jill's reception was a full night dance party celebration. Throughout the night, the couple danced and sang to the lyrics with each of their close friends and family. The night ended in a large singing fest with guests forming a large hand held circle surrounding the newly wed couple. Brian & Jill, your wedding day was amazing and was so unique, just like the two of you. Amazing and unique. Thank you for allowing me to capture your wedding day moments and I hope you enjoy this sneak peak... xo, Jenna!
